The hotel room, for its price is pretty good. Granted there is no lift, it was ok for us since we didn’t have a lot of stuff to carry. So if you have luggages, i suggest you find another hotel. Walls are thin, so be very considerate of others. The room is very clean; tho it is small, it was enough for us since we were out most days anyways. The bathroom was also nice and clean. Though we didnt get to have breakfast, but they do have on the go breakfast available for their guest. It was nice. Don’t expect for a buffet style breakfast. Since the hotel is located in downtown, expect a lot of homeless people around when youre walking at night! So be mindful! Our stay was pleasant and nice. Thank you Signature Hotel!

Sheer Trash!
There was a mildew odor immediately when I walked in the room. The bed was clean however there were long strands of hair all around the walls of the shower... they definitely weren’t mine because I’m bald... the fixtures and finishing were makeshifts and clearing hadn’t been done by a professional carpenter. And to top it off there isn’t a microwave in the room. You’re forced to asked the front desk clerk to reheat your food for you in their staff microwave, located in a back room out of sight...
