Love the staff, very welcoming, tidy rooms. A lot of homeless people all over San Fran you can’t get away from it. All in all it was great for me

Moji was so awesome! Great service, clean space, great location. Had a window room which was a bit chaotic, but nothing that kept me awake. Perfect stay, will be back!

My interactions with staff were friendly and helpful. Lobby was nice and had a nice coffee machine. Hotel was deceiving from the pictures. My room door had a missing/broken keypad, no lighting in the shower, and suite with no mini fridge. Would I want to stay here again, no… but if it was the cheapest out of the area when I needed to be back then I would.

Step-in shower, this was why I chose it. Great & clean bedding, cart to manage luggage & gear, staff nice & helpful. Location near Muni 5 & 38, both going to Golden Gate Park. CVS & Walgreens close by. I have a permanent disability, so accessibility is important, and this place was remodeled & accessible. Front door even had an opener. One just had to be careful about location.

Actual room was nice and clean, breakfast was nice and simple. Location was decent. hallways had a weird smell. Area is full of homeless people. Don’t get a room that’s next to the main road as you’ll be up all night due to car engine noise. WiFi didn’t work.

It was very affordable, and close to city hall which had a big bus stop there making it easy to catch. TV was a little bit to understand but when we figured that out it was easy to work. Nice little breakfast set up for a quick bite. No refrigerator so we made a make shift cooler. If you are there for any length of time, Find a cheap ice chest for cold drinks. Overall was a nice place to stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the building, rooms and surrounding area in itself were less than ideal. Paper thin walls, the sink was falling out, shower handle was missing, etc. Again, the staff were great.
