"The hotel was perfectly located near to the main square which was 5 minute stroll away. We stayed for a week on a room only basis. We tried the breakfast one of the mornings but it wasn't to our taste. We had a front facing room, which had a balcony, which was fantastic. On the downside the windows should have been triple glazed, because we were on one of the main tram lines which ran quite regularly into the middle of the night. Another point to mention is that none of the rooms had air...

"Very nice place to stay right on the market square. Had a suite and it was truly amazing, and very clean just like the rest of the establishment. Example one morning after breakfast, one of the staff was cleaning the elevator to include the mirror. Staff was very nice and courteous. Breakfast was so delicious and freshly made. Ate dinner in the restaurant one night and it was amazing and again staff was great. I would stay here again if I plan to go to Krakow again. "
