Location was perfect and rooms okay. Unsure if the air conditioning was working as I had to open the window in the middle of the night as it was extremely hot thus I highly doubt. TVs could atleast have one or two English channels

Unfortunately I join the group of customers completely dissatisfied with the stay at the hotel. We stayed in room 404 and the carpet was super dirty, everything seemed to be very old and used. The worst thing was that the air conditioning never worked, it only turned on in "fan" mode, quite a bad experience. Not recommended at all! On the other hand, the location of the hotel is excellent.

Excellent for Krakow Old Town just a short walk ro the main Square. Rooms clean and breakfast pleanty to choose from, fresh and continually topped up.

Nice located hotel,within Old Town area.Quiet room
Nice located hotel, within Old Town area. It only takes 5 minutes to get to main Cracow attraction: Main Square. Room was quiet, I hardly heard street sounds. Hotel interior was nice designed. Room was clean, with small tea/coffee set. Room service took care of our room thoroughly.
