I never stayed at the property. Booked and given an option to cancel. Was never able to contact them to cancel as they always hung up on me. As a result they forced me to pay the full amount and said I never canceled although I couldn’t reach anyone.

I booked this place because the reviews were good! It is also in a good area but tons of restaurants- 2 tube lines and many other hotel options. However, the junior suite is tinier than a regular room. We booked the suite because we were 3 people and the description indicated I had a second bed but it was not even a pull out sofa! We could barely walk in the room with our 3 suitcases! The area is noisy and I happen to be in london during the Nottinghill carnival so it was extra noisy till 4am! I asked them if i could store my bags for a couple of hours and they refused. Stay away from this place as the staff isn’t friendly and the rooms are very very small! The suite is not a suite!

The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The hotel is near a lot of restaurants and Hyde Park, which was very nice. On the other hand, the room was extremely small. There was no door or curtain for the shower, so every time we showered, the floor would be soaking wet. We got to the hotel very late at night. We weren’t even sure we were in the right place. The signage for the hotel is very small and easy to miss. Additionally, it was not well lit. We arrived on August 15th at around 11pm. When we arrived, the main person at reception was smoking near the entrance so the smell of cigarette smoke upon arrival was very off putting. Additionally, this person acted as if they couldn’t care less that we arrived at their establishment. Needless to say, we did not feel very welcome. I’m not usually a complainer, but I’m just being honest about our stay and impressions at the hotel.

Hotel has curb-side appeal in a fantastic location, close to transport links and you can walk through Kensington Gardens to get to the Royal Albert Hall and museums. Staff were on the whole very friendly and our junior suite was a pleasant suprise. Larger than expected, very clean, great bed and lovely bathroom. We had a room on the lower floor in the middle of the hotel and no window, there was a constant “hum” possibly coming from a generator or air con which was the only negative. The occasional underground train noise was actually quite cool! The other people in our party also had a junior suite on the lower floor but with a window looking out on to the front of the property and they raved about how quiet and comfortable it was. We would definitely stay again but I would try and request a room with a window, possibly on a higher floor next time.

We are a group of 8 travelling to UK for 10 days from 6 to 15 July. I picked this hotel because it is very convenient and the area is safe. I had communicated with the hotel in both emails and WhatsApp and they were prompt in responding my questions and gave me confidence that it will be a pleasant stay. I paid for 3 junior suites for 5 nights through Expedia, and then I booked for the last night on 14th after attending a wedding outside of London. We arrived very early in the morning and I understood that our rooms were not ready yet. The front desk manager on duty (Faycal) and Sajad were very helpful to take our luggages and we went on for city tour before we can settle down at our rooms in the afternoon. The room is enough for 3 luggages and 2 carry-on and still can walk around. Bed and pillows were comfy, even the sofa bed was good and my daughter and her cousin enjoyed their sleeps on it. Bathroom is OK. The sink is long, water cannot drain easily. Be mindful, the tub is slippery and also it is not very easy to exit the tub as it is very high and you will need to grab on the side of the sink to help you get out. Overall quiet during the nights Housekeeping work was done very nicely. There was a misunderstanding about luggage arrangement however Faycal helped and resolved the issue and both hotel and us were happy about it. Thank you Faycal, Sajad and Juwad who helped us during our stay. If I will visit London again your hotel will be my first choice.

My go-to hotel in London that’s a stones throw from Paddington for a stress-free commute to LHR. My only feedback would be to PLEASE stop using that noxious “air freshener” - even without asthma or chemical sensitivity I had to hold my breath to not feel physically ill in the lobby/hallways.

Convenient to tube, walkable neighborhood, plenty of restaurant options, cleaned and fresh towels daily, nice buffet breakfast. Unavoidable police and ambulance sirens; as well as feeling the underground traffic, but overall quiet. Of note, pool and gym are not in premises but have to pay separately to gym nearby if you would like to use. Most people run at nearby Hyde Park though.

Adorable area of town. Close to many restaurants and very conveniently located to 2 train stations. Area outside the hotel felt very safe for families. The only downfall of the hotel was that the shower was not fully enclosed and the entire bathroom floor and sink area gets wet with every shower. The shower is also difficult to turn on without getting fully in the shower and getting wet. The hotel provided info for restaurant food delivery and it was very user friendly. Laundry facilities are listed on the description but there is not actually a facility on site. It’s only a send out laundry service offsite.

Amazing place to stay. Staff were friendly especially with our little one. Rooms were clean, close to restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and easy access to the tube or bus. Only a walk away from Hyde park. As others have mentioned, you will hear the tube every so often. Would stay at this hotel again when we come back to London.
