Great hotel. Amazing breakfast for a hotel, excellent that it was included in the price. Very close to everything we wanted to see, the 3rd bed (cot) they set up in our room was just as nice as a normal bed - something which has never happened in my other travels around Europe with 3 adults in one room.

The hotel had everything you could ask for. You would struggle to do laps in the pool but big enough. The staff are excellent you are on the edge of the old getto. Breakfast is first class loads of choice. The place is immaculate. The boat is a great touch and the staff in the beauty saloon were fantastic. We have already decided to return to the same hotel as soon as we possibly can

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Our room was incredible; beautiful furnishings, lavish marble bathroom. Very quiet--no noise even though the hotel is on the main square. The bed was a bit short, but OK. Internet service was speedy and trouble free. The breakfast buffet was excellent. One of the best hotel experiences ever.

Very good hotel, free internet location is a bit of a walk from the center (under 10 min)... but a taxi will cost $2 - so its nothing

I arrived early and my bargain priced room was not ready so I was offered an upgrade. At first I was a little hesitant but the young lady at the reception proceeded to convince me the it was a good deal. She seemed to honestly believe it. And it was. The upgrade included a decent dinner with wine for two, free full breakfast buffet, 24 hour access to the 38 floor lounge with snacks and drinks, WiFi. And to top it all off the package included corner suite with a huge bathroom window and gorgeous views of Warsaw. As we were leaving another young lady at the reception was genuinely happy when I told her how pleased I was with my stay.

heaven in a hotel room, fantastic overall, the hotel staff were very helpful and polite.

Only one issue. We had a room on the 11th floor which gave great views... But the wi-fi was only accessible in the corridor or the lobby. Airport bus stop just round the corner and city centre a short walk.

Very close to everything in the centre of the city, and a short walk from the bus stop to/from the airport. Staff spoke English at reception and were very helpful with local information.
