There are two Ibis hotels - we stayed at the "Budget" Room for 2 was a king bed, small shower and small toilet. Clean and bed was firm. Breakfast for 45 Zoloty was OK. Right next to train station which was the reason we chose this hotel. 5 minute walk into Old Town.

I always trying to book this hotel on my long way to home.This hotel is giving me 100% chance to sleep well, eat a good quality food and stay in very convenient area, which is cover all my needs during the journey. The staff is always very friendly and nice. Everyone is ready to help. Only one thing made me disappointed during my last stay is significant price rises for the room and dinner in the Ibis Restaurant. I would like to have some discounts for return customers. I will choose Ibis anyway but a small bonus would be very nice.

The property has a great location, the main train station is short walking distance away. The property itself is basic, but clean. No phone in the rooms to call the reception. There’s no privacy when taking a shower since the shower cabin opens directly to the room, without additional door.

Good for a budget hotel

This is fine for a budget hotel but location for the train station is perfect. 1 min walk and you’re at the train station Rooms here are basic but the price reflects this. Room was clean and had everything I needed

Great central place at Krakow

Wojtek at the reception during check in was super friendly and made the whole process smooth. In fact the whole staff was very nice. Great central location. Close to train station with direct airport connection
