Very friendly service personnel. Breakfast was fabulous - a variety of choices, very fresh ingredients. Location-wise it’s not as crowded as in the old town, but also not far away - by foot or by bolt is old town easily reachable.

Overall a great experience at a convenient location! Unfortunately, 1 of only 2 dryers for the building were inoperable, making laundry a real challenge and requiring 6+ hours to accomplish two small loads. Not ideal. The fold out couch mattress fitted sheet was not clean and we requested fresh bedding twice, but it never came so we just let it go and dealt with it. Otherwise this was a very nice hotel and would return again.

We stayed in a family room on the top floor. The room was a perfect size for a family of 3. There was a great selection of options at breakfast. Staff were all very helpful. We liked the location, it was about a 25 minute walk to the old town and it was a quiet location.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel. Not so close to Old Town, but easy to get there within 15 minutes by tram or bus. Close to river and a small amusement park with Krakow Eye. Room was comfortable, but a bit cold at arrival. The serviceminded staff helped us however to quickly get the room heated. Otherwise clean and comfortable! Good food in restaurant!

Really welcoming and friendly staff throughout the hotel. We enjoy walking so the distance into the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter were both fine, (about 20 minutes) some people may prefer a shorter walk. Lovely breakfast - you can make your own apple/carrot/spinach juice and waffles, omelettes and other eggs will be made fresh and the buffet is very good too. Bed was comfortable so we got a good night's sleep!

Absolutely fabulous stay

WAUW !! What a superfriandly staff, no matter who you speak or ask something, everybody is super helpful, friendly and trying to make you have the perfect stay. Front Desk lady was out of this world. So kind and helpful, and she bring us 2 extreme pleasant surprises. Free drink at choice for the restaurant and parking in the garage.
