"Beautiful Hotel and great rate for a quick Saturday night in Sydney. Booked an hour before I checked in, they were ready for me when I arrived and the check in process was super quick. The rooms are a little bit dated now but VERY spacious and a great layout. Huge amounts of wardrobe storage and separate dressing area off bathroom which keeps the room area free from clothes and suitcases. Proximity to shopping is unbeatable, you are literally in the middle of high end shopping and Pit Street Mall and Strand Arcade. Will stay again!"

"A memorable experience. Highly recommend all aspects. The room was tastefully furnished with all the necessary amenities. Great view (animal view room) thoughtfully designed to maximise the viewing outdoors. We were able to lay in bed at dawn with the full wall of glazed doors pulled back watching Matteo (our Koala) stirring beneath the stars. Zoo enclosures were well designed allowing observation of the animals without feeling you were encroaching on their space. They really did seem relaxed, content and non-phased. The staff were professional, helpful, you could tell they genuinely love their jobs and being at work (who wouldn't they right!). They really went above and beyond even leaving us a beautiful anniversary card, emu and platypus toy, loved these! They even smiled amd reassured me when I shared my disappointment that MY Koala wasn"t in the tree outside my room! And yes I realise how that sounds 😀 a suprise for me too. They also moved our restaurant booking to accommodate a night tour. The restaurant Me-Gal was fantastic. The food extrordinarily delicious. We ordered the Feast. The staff handled with skill my panic in wanting to change my order. I needn"t of stressed myself (or anyone else for that matter) everytng on the Feast menu was expertly presente and most of all carefully balanced. Just devine. They also served the breakfast, which i have to say you havent had a proper buffet breakfast until you've been here. All in all a memorable stay, highly recommend"

"Very good location, helpful staff, facilities a bit dated but the price is very reasonable. Very spacious apartment, has everything you needed for a shot break. A surprise to find vivid Sydney is almost at your door stop. "

"Great location, close to shops, cafes and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to Balmoral Beach. The room was very clean and the customer service top notch. We appreciated the welcome drink on arrival. We stayed in a standard room in the new part of the hotel, and it had everything we needed for a one night stay."
