"Excellent value for money , room was large, large comfy bed with TV and sofa. Mini kitchen with kettle,sink,hob,microwave and fridge. En suite bath with shower. Towels provided.I only booked for the one night but would have happily stayed a week. Yes there was the odd hair and a bit of dust in places but on the whole it was clean. Its a bit dated but wouldn't expect anything less being an old building. I'd definitely be booking again."

"Brightonwave has everything you need and little that you don't need. Great location close to the shore and Brighton Palace Pier. Close to the action of Brighton, but still quiet. A short taxi ride from the train station (or 20 minute walk). A very short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the Pool Valley coach station (National Express buses to Gatwick and Heathrow). Richard and Simon are friendly and helpful and serve up a good breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Can't go wrong here, if you can manage...

"The entrance via a code worked really well and we received it with no problem in the day if our stay. The location was great close to everything we needed in the centre of Brighton. The room was decorated really well and had everything we needed. although it was small this wasn't a problem as it was well designed. We really enjoyed our stay. "
