"Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break."

"This is a fantastic property in a great location. It’s very comfortable and tastefully decorated with all the modern facilities. I think the location is perfect. The only negative comments I will make is that there are signs throughout the property to remind guests not to do this or that, and also that the backyard cannot be access before 7am or after 9pm."

"We loved our stay here and wish we had another day. One thing to note was check in instructions may be provided the day of and not before arrival. That caused a little bit of stress in but once I asked about when they would arrive they did quickly on a Saturday. Bedrooms were spacious and had queen beds as advertised with 2 showers, extra appreciated.
