“Kids enjoyed the swimming pool very much”
This was our first time stay at the hotel. It's a great hotel, not far from the main town. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool very much as our family were pretty much the only ones there in the pool.
“Nice play to stay in Banff”
Very nice place to stay while in Banff. Had the loft room with the fireplace, it was pretty cool. Big shower and lots of room upstairs in the bedroom. Only about a five minute walk to all the restaurant and shopping of downtown.
“Will stay again!”
The hotel staff are very friendly...the room were clean and we are very impressed witht he bathroom. They have a separate bath tub and shower room. Breakfast was okay. I just wish that they have more selection. We will definitely stay again!
“I would go back”
The king bed loft fireplace suite sounded amazing and it lived up to expectations. Lots of space for two people, nice bathroom, comfortable bed. The fireplace didn't work very well (it would turn off after 60 seconds), but maybe I didn't know how to work it. We didn't need it anyway, the loft got kind of hot despite having the A/C on. The pool and hot tub area were amazing and the continental breakfast was decent. It's a walkable distance to the main shopping area in banff. I would definitely go back.
“We loved it”
This hotel really suited our family of 4 (2 adults and a 7 and 9 year old). The room was clean, comfy, homely, quiet and walm. We had a kitchen which was excellent and the kids had a separate bedroom and a single bed each - a big bonus as the four of us shared a room at all other hotels on our trip. The front office staff weren't really that helpful. However, I went to the front office of the Delta (sister hotel) a few times for help and they were sensational - especially the concierge. Parking was easy. We have great memories.
“BEAUTIFUL!”
We loved it here. We had the King Loft Suite and it was amazing! Only one complaint, the heat upstairs in the bed room... the pool, sauna and hottub were beautiful! Very helpful and nice Front Desk. Awesome shower too.
“Great Hotel in Banff”
This hotel had great service, nice rooms, and an overall warm atmosphere. We stayed in the loft room with a gas fireplace & it was great. Nice choice for a get away. We'd go back for sure!
“Meets Expectations”
My wife and I had a room with a loft for almost a week and were quite satisfied. The service is what you'd expect in any hotel, and they have a nice pool and spa which is never crowded. The hotel is an 8 minute walk from the center town of Banff, which was most important to us, but the only part we didn't like was that the loft was much hotter than downstairs. We turned the small air conditioner on and opened the windows, but it was very warm and hard to sleep. I would not recommend a room with a loft. A regular room would work just fine, and they are very nice from what I saw.
“Amazing Place”
Good service, clean and comfortable room, affordable price. Overall we are extremely happy with this place. Try to get a room that is on the other side of the busy street the hotel faces, although it is not that bad at all.
“nice and clean”
this hotel is very comfortable and clean. There is only shower room, no ath tub, but i am very satisfied with their service and confortness. I will be back this hotel next time at Banff!!
