Room AC was not cooling. The operator and concierge staff were not helpful. Reported for 3 days by phone and in person. Each time they said someone would go check in 10 minutes and never showed. When we would call again, they would not answer or worse, pick up without saying anything and placed us on hold! On the 4th day at 5am, I was so upset I went to the lobby to look for someone. One man heard me, apologized and helped us move our things to a new room. Waiters and bartenders are awesome! If we return, it would be because of them. They deserve a raise! The operator and concierge need more training or different jobs.

I had a great time on this trip. I was traveling with friends and family and everyone had a great time. The hotel was shutting down for a remodel 2 days after we left, but they were operating at peak efficiency. There was no degradation in service or amenities. I have stayed at several Riu properties and the brand has consistently met or exceeded my expectations

We absolutely loved our stay at Paradisus! Immediately upon arrival the staff were so incredible and friendly. Our room was so gorgeous! Felt like it was straight out of a travel magazine. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable! The cleaning staff set out the cutest robes and slippers for our boys. It was adorable! The food was great! We ate mostly at the Gastro Hall buffet because it was easy with the kids. So many good options! We frequented the 24/7 ice cream shop a few times a day, which was a total hit for the kids! The kids pool is great. We had so much fun swimming! I would recommend this resort 1000x. We’ll definitely be back!
