We liked it was close to the beach and marketplace

All I will say, take this hotel at face value and you will enjoy your stay. My main complaint is more towards the communication. • I asked for a special decoration to celebrate my anniversary and birthday and wasn’t communicated that they would not be able to provide it despite speaking to the hotel beforehand. • Expedia said I had a perk for a daily bottle of wine and I only received 1 bottle total for the 6 day stay. • The late check out offer the hotel sent me that I requested wasn’t communicated that they wouldn’t be able to provide it until well into my stay. The hotel is close to Waikiki.

Property, service, restaurants and facilities were great. Our bed however, was terrible. Very uncomfortable during a 10 day stay.

Obviously you’re paying for a lot of this, but amazing staff, incredibly responsive and accommodating. I cannot say enough about this property. But it is the people that make this property, the amenities are secondary to them. They are quick with suggestions, they are honest and they are knowledgeable. Never staying anywhere else.

We stayed here just as the hurricane Lala was passing and the staff was very helpful with making sure we had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our group of 4 had one room and I would say it was spacious enough for us. No other complains besides the noise of the dumpster or loud machines from the road at night.
