The room was always clean! Staff were always helpful and attentive. The shower was awesome. The outdoor spaces were so beautiful, the snorkeling amazing, other guests were fun to chat with. I loved having yoga available a few mornings and the breakfast never disappointed! So glad we booked Hotel B.

Clean room, great view. Food was above average, the buffets were much better than the specialty restaurants. Be leery of the stated $850 resort credit it is really just multiple coupons offering minor discounts for the various resort services.

Our stay at Moon Palace Cancún was nothing short of amazing. Every service provided was top-notch, reflecting a high standard of hospitality that made our vacation stress-free and truly special. ​Dining & Food ​If you are a food lover, this is the place to be! The food was excellent across the board—from breakfast and lunch to dinner. With 20+ restaurants on-site, there is an incredible variety and plenty of food to choose from. You could stay for a week and still not try everything! ​Cleanliness & Atmosphere ​The resort is very neat and clean, which we really appreciated. It’s clear the management takes great pride in maintaining the property, as the grounds and facilities were spotless throughout our stay. ​Final Verdict ​We had great fun and couldn't have asked for a better all-inclusive experience. I highly recommend Moon Palace Cancún to everyone looking for a perfect getaway with great food, friendly service, and a beautiful environment.
