We loved this place. The location is on a quiet street but close to everything. The staff were so helpful. The property is so pretty and on on-site restaurant right on the beach was a great addition.

Family friendly with lots of food options.

We were lucky to have amazing Expedia concierge people, Regina and Judy, who made our trip easy and stress free. They went above and beyond with any of our requests. This property is massive with lots to see and do. We had the Family penthouse with an amazing location close to the beach. The space was incredible and much appreciated.

I truly appreciated beautiful traditional unique houses where we lived, the nature, and the way the whole resort was maintained. The beautiful beach, comfortable sun-bathing beds, and white towels were great to have! Breakfast menu was great, however, I'd welcome more variety of juices beyond "jugo verde" and "jugo de naranja", like a variety of fruit and vegetable juices with no sugar, however, the selection of food was great. Staff was kind and hospitable, polite and helpful. Our room was always clean.

The whole place was spotless and super clean. Staff was amazing alway there if you need something. Pool area and pool was great but always had difficulties getting seats for four people. Had to get up and down there by 6 am to save seats of which is very disturbing if you want to sleep in past six. Lots for choices to drink as well.

Breakfast was great, staff all throughout the property were so kind and accommodating. Bathroom could've been a little bit cleaner but overall a great stay. Was hoping to have access to dining at Marriott Cancun next door and was not able, that should be changed. As the two are next two each other.
