The staff is always so lovely and helpful. Location is great with quick access to buses and trains. Building is going through some maintenance - one elevator was not working, entrance on Georgia Street was closed, making you access through the alleyway where valet drivers zip around.

Fabulous room, but we had to wait past check in time to get in, when we were paying thousands of dollars for 2 day stay. The man who checked us in offered, and we accepted, 2 complementary drinks each at the bar while we were waiting, but we could not used them because the first thing I wanted to use after we checked in, was the gym.
We said we would wait close to the desk within eyesight and asked him to call us when, the room was ready, and he agreed. We waited and waited and I watched him. Finally, I got up and went to the desk to ask if the room was ready and they said they had texted us that it was ready. DOES NO ONE TALK TO ANYONE ANYMORE? They had not said they would text us. They had said, and confirmed, that they would call us. We were right there.

The room was nice and felt clean. The breakfast was way over priced and not very good. The hot tub was nice but not nearly hot enough. The gym was super nice. Also loved the location.
