"We watched whales from the balcony within minutes of our arrival. The staff and restaurant were very good. It appears that the hotel is addressing needed upgrades/repairs, but that did not interfere with our stay. "

"The rooms were quite clean with very friendly staff. I would’ve loved to have had some yogurt at breakfast but did not see any. I did not go into the hot tub although I did do the treadmill and I very much enjoyed that! Overall, great stay!"

"They listed EV charging onsite, but it’s actually a ChargePoint service at the other end of the shopping mall parking lot. So it’s not a place you can charge overnight."

"Dated and a bit tired, but good sized cabin, clean and functional. Good stocked kitchen and great location within walking distance of Cortes ferry and grocery store/cafe. Like other reviews, yes, mattress is hard and bedroom curtains need to be thick/darker. Off season kitchen closes at 7pm so plan accordingly! "
