Great stay, the staff were always hiding and on cell phones didn’t seem very interested in being there, picked this place for the hot tub for after snowboarding but it was broken wasn’t happy there and the breakfast was way over cooked the eggs and bacon so wasn’t that good but the rooms were clean

The staff and hotel were excellent and kind! Healthier quality breakfast would be my only recommendation, however I would suggest for the price point, it was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you Safa an the great hotel staff!

We’ve stayed in Campbell River before, but the Comfort Inn was our choice this time, and we would stay again. It’s relatively new, clean and well located, with plenty going on around the area. There is the ferry to Quadra to entertain your visual senses. It’s well located with quite a few restaurants bot conventional and fast food within walking distance. There is the promenade as well on a nice day. Would like to see a more expansive breakfast offering, buts it’s similar to those in the price range. We spend a fair amount of time in hotels, probably at least sixty a year, and we would stay again.
