Full sized laundry facilities and a powder room are also situated on the main floor of the house. The Timber Room allows you an outdoor experience should the elements suggest an alternative to your beach fire. Relax in the mighty cedar room in front of a roaring stone fireplace. Through french doors there is a built in stainless steel grill on the patio for you to barbecue with a view while talking with friends in the hot tub. Upstairs offers three ocean front bedrooms with decks and spectacular views. The sound of the ocean will lull you to sleep and then greet you each morning. There are ample facilities include two deep soaking tubs, a steam shower, and a standard shower. Pleasae note this luxury property does have a caretaker on site per the municipality ordinance. They have their own residence and it is not a privacy issue withour guests.
