Hotel needs more exciting entertainment and also more dinner restaurants. Service was great all around the resort. They did have a few meals that you would have to pay a premium for like steak. Edwardo and Caesar were great bartenders at the swim up bar in phase 1.

The Mexican food was poor. The beds were uncomfortable you could feel the springs on your back. Someone should do quality control on the beds as well as the Mexican food. To be in Mexico you would think that the food would be authentic but it was not.

Great Stay – Amazing Staff!
Had a fantastic time at this hotel. The buffet staff, beach drink service, and à la carte restaurants were all excellent – friendly, fast, and professional.
Special thanks to housekeeping for keeping the room spotless every day.
The staff really made the trip memorable. Highly recommend!
