Good location on Rundle Mall. We were just there for one night & checked in after hours, which was easy enough - you just call a phone number provided in an email. Parking was already validated for us, in the Wilson’s carpark, so that was really helpful. Cute little touches in the room such as hot chocolate sachets & Tim tams! The toiletries provided in the bathroom were really nice too. The bed & pillows were comfy & the room was cosy. It had everything we needed for a night’s stay. If you’re after coffee in the morning, there’s a little coffee kiosk in the Adelaide Arcade. Check out was easy, as the keys were just put back in the lock box. Security deposit was refunded quickly too, most places take ages to refund this, so that was great too.

Great place to stay, close to light rail and bus services to Adelaide. Accommodation was clean and tidy, plenty of room. Quiet location and perfect for a family visiting Adelaide. Communication with hosts was excellent, would highly recommend.

Nice hotel, well located. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean room, modern, great view of the river with a balcony

I was lucky to book this hotel at the last minute, travelling with a husky. Tom’s Hotel still had a pet friendly room (of which there are three) available. Checking in and out, even after hours, is easy. If you use their offsite booking, there is a garage two side streets away. It’s undercover and access is via a touch card. The room itself, as is the whole hotel, is very clean. Housekeeping however, only re-tucks in your existing sheets, not replace them. I’m guessing though that a full change would happen if the linen gets soiled/dirty. One thing to note is that the room I stayed in did not have a room safe. This may be true for other rooms, but I cannot say with certainty, only having stayed once. Staff were polite, friendly and professional, they were a pleasure to deal with. The hotel is not necessarily the closest hotel to tourist hotspots, but it is far from being an inconvenient stroll to get to them. My experience there was a positive one, and I would certainly stay there again when the need arises. (Yes, that’s a chicken nugget my husky left for me on the bed.)
