I really love my stay in this hotel, it has been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. I needed more pillows and blankets and they came to my room right away to bring them.

We stayed at this hotel 18 months ago and had a great time and the staff were really good and attentive, unfortunately not this time. Reception staff didn't even bother to day good morning back. We're given coffee pods in our that didn't even fit the machine, didn't bother asking for the right ones as would have been expected to tip! The area around the pool was a mess, empty glasses and rubbish, every sunbed had a used wet towel on even though there was only one other family group at the pool. We asked for some towels to which we were told they did not have any!! Such a shame as we had such a great time on our first visit. Probably wont stay here again.
