The hotel itself is an iconic place to stay and has a great atmosphere, but unfortunately, my experience with the staff was very disappointing. I brought a concern to their attention because I was uncomfortable with something that had happened, but instead of addressing it professionally, I felt that I was taunted and belittled. It was disappointing to feel dismissed when I was simply trying to communicate a legitimate concern. While the location and history of the hotel are appealing, the way I was treated by the staff significantly affected my overall experience. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.

This is genuinely one of the bigger hotel standard rooms i’ve stayed in in my life. location is PERFECT right next to time square but you don’t hear any of the noise from the room. you can walk to pretty much anything you want to see. beds were super comfy, great pillows, and the AC blows as cold as you want it! 10/10

Stained day bed. Very outdated hotel. The only thing its got going is the location.
