Great place. Amaong location amd beach area. Service is very good. Only thing I would say is staff thats cooking or making Pizza, burgers areas and buffet to understand or listen when asked to keep on fryer to cook longer as I prefer certain foods cooked properly and longer period even if they left it at the side for bit longer To rushed to give you undercooked food. My only negative about hotel.

Room was fantastic. View was amazing. Bathroom and balcony were very spacious and comfortable. Beds were too soft to my taste and that was the only blemish in an otherwise amazing experience and boarding at the Moon Palace

This is our 4th stay at this property and we will be returning. The amazing staff at every level and attention to detail is above all the rest. Club level was amazing once again and big thanks to Oscar, Wilberth and Alberto for providing exceptional service to us during our stay. We also enjoyed Cafe Mexicano and treated equally as well by all the staff we encountered. Alberto, Jorge, and Ozman thanks for providing exceptional service as well. Big thanks to Kempinski Cancún for another wonderful stay.

We traveled as a couple for a relaxing, quiet getaway, and it truly felt romantic and peaceful—exactly the escape we wanted. We stayed in the Private Pool Villa, and it was incredibly private and made the trip feel extra special—especially with the butler service, which was such a nice touch. If you’re visiting as a couple and want to keep things adults-focused, I highly recommend spending your time at the adult pool and dining at the adult-only restaurant. Overall, I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about the resort. The only drawback was breakfast—the kids crying and screaming was literally every day, and it could be pretty distracting. There wasn’t an adults-only breakfast option, so if there had been another place to go, we definitely would’ve chosen the adult side. That said, we noticed when we sat outside at the restaurants, it seemed like there were fewer (if any) young kids around, and it felt much calmer. If you want to avoid kids as much as possible, stick to the adult areas and choose outdoor seating when you can.
