Pros: Room was clean with toiletries provided (not that I needed but if it’s important to minimal packing), trees were beautiful, ocean shore was an easy walk with great shores. Breakfast staff was very nice Cons: said I was vip (scam) decorated my door and room, thin walls 6am could hear all furniture moving, night staff was very pushy and drinks were trash. Buffet is comparable to a cruise Overall was a nice property and if I went to lay at the ocean I’d reccomend.

The resort itself is very nice. Pools and property kept very clean, staff very attentive and the food, especially at the restaurants was excellent. I had an ocean front room in the center section; very nice. Had to be moved 2 times during a 4 night stay. Room was very humid but thought AC turned up. AC would not cool, stayed very humid. Thermostat was also broken. Female mgr saw it flash on/off on its own & temp changed! Had to move. Some rooms have an AC system that needs more coolant added or the coils may need cleaned. Sheets, loveseat, lamp shade over table and part of the floor had visible moisture you could see and feel. Fortunately concierge, Allen, was outstanding with helping me through the issues. Rooms 4009 and 5010 both. He also helped with getting maintenance to fix the shower handle in room 5010. Handle would not turn far enough to allow cold water to mix. Allen took pics and saw everything I mentioned first hand. I have no intention on 'trashing' the resort on social media in any way but the AC issue was really bad and the cleaning crew needs to be more educated on looking for these issues and reporting problems. If they are reporting issues, shame on management for not doing their job. Spending 1 night in room 4009 and 2 nights in room 5010 was quite over bearing and uncomfortable, AC issues. Draining the AC pan in room 5010 did not help. Had to move again. couldn't take it anymore with the humidity. Sheets very damp, floor wet! Again, not good!
