The Room are very clean, kitchen tidy and we have everything we need. Perfect for my poodle as there's a lovely Victoria park down the front of the hotel. Above all they updated us to 2 bedroom as we only book for 1 bedroom. fast wifi and the staff super were super friendly. I will recommend this to other travellers. Will be back for sure.

We had a room (229) right near the elevators and faced onto a main road which meant lots of noise from both traffic and other guests coming out of the elevators when we were trying to sleep at night (definitely not soundproofed windows or entry door).
The feel and look of our room was lovely though and was exceptionally clean. The common areas of the hotel were clean and modern with QT quirks mixed in. The staff were lovely and helpful as with all QT hotels. The hotel is in a great location to walk to all the viaduct harbour restaurants.

Great location, property has been renovated recently, plenty of parking spaces, easy walk to everything, best people managing it, the next door bar was quite noisey outside but couldn't hear a single sound inside the room. Insulation very good. Everything closed early in town so night time was very peaceful and safe too.
