We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Britomart. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Britomart and very convenient for getting around central Auckland. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a warm, understated feel, and the room was very comfortable and every detail felt extremely well considered. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and breakfast at KINGI was a great addition. We’d very happily stay again.

The suite was exactly what we needed for a short stay in Auckland. The kitchen and in-unit laundry were great. We also had beautiful views of the harbour from our balcony. The suite was clean and AC/heating worked well.
The only feedback I have is to improve the late check-in process. The front desk closes at 7pm so if you arrive any later, you'll need to speak with someone on the intercom to gain access to the building and parking, which was a bit difficult when you've just arrived with your luggages and vehicle.

Great hotel to stay at! Bed was a little uncomfortable but that was such a minor thing, everything else was great. The attached cafe is also amazing! Highly recommend the strawberry matcha. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and lovely : )
