This hotel is in a great location across from the beach, and it is within a ten minute walk of numerous eating and shopping options. My room was clean, with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Well equipped kitchenette, but surprisingly no serrated cooking knife? Friendly hosts and easy parking directly outside my room. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were very tastefully decorated and clean. The manager very amenable but this was also a disadvantage as he allowed parties by other guests. Iā€™d give it a 5* for the midweek nights and 2* for the weekend.

Great way to spend a night away with the family, great location right next to the beach and the sound proof room is amazing, an added bonus they had a show and fireworks at the surf club the night we stayed so that was awesome free entertainment. We will definitely be back thanks staff.

This apartment was great for our overnight stay in the area. It was right next to the beach, not far from shops, had parking right outside the door. The room was spacious and the kitchenette well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Good location, clean and tidy room

Clean and tidy. Location was very good with the beach across the road and various eateries within walking distance. We had a standard motel style room with an extra bedroom for the kids which worked well for a one-night stay on our way through to the Coromandel. We stayed in ten other accommodations during our North Island holiday and pricing seemed a little high for the room standard but that may just be the location.
