A very pleasant stay lovely hotel and nothing was a problem for the staff

The little extras, like snacks and beers were wonderful touch, pool was amazing.

Staff was great. Had a lovely dinner at the restaurant and yummy drinks at the bar. Rooms were amazing with lots of space, great that you can park right next to your room. Will be back

My stay at Hotel Horizon by SkyCity was simply outstanding and possibly the best hotel service I have experienced in New Zealand in a very long time. The facilities are excellent, the service throughout the hotel was brilliant, and every detail reflected a commitment to exceptional hospitality. A special mention must go to The Grill restaurant. The food was outstanding and easily among the best dining experiences I have enjoyed while staying at a hotel. The rooms were exceptional – without doubt some of the best I have stayed in. Stylish, comfortable, and beautifully presented, they made for a truly relaxing stay. An amazing experience from start to finish. We travel to Auckland a lot and always stay at the Grand, we have found it to be situated nicely for convenience of walking to town etc, always clean friendly with an excellent Valet service Recommend to anyone wanting a convenient and cost effective place to stay in the city

Perfect location, Close to all the action but still very peaceful once inside the hotel.
