Perfect hotel for a busy first trip to London! Walking distance to so many things and easy connection to the Tube, busses, and water taxi. Insanely busy outside, but extremely quiet inside.

I was in a suite but it was 2 separate rooms on 2 floors and there was absolutely no signage to find the room. The staff evaporated and I wandered reception for 20 mins before giving up and trying doors until I found a room that my key opened. No coffee in room as it was in a seperate sitting room on a seperate floor requiring travel on a communal staircase… bizarre and I only found it by as I departed
