The staff were amazing! The room was clean overall though we did have to have one item addressed which was handled quickly and efficiently. Overall the property was in excellent shape, in a good location, and full of energy without being loud or overwhelming.

It was a good first night of stay until a pipe burst/flood occurred in the 5th floor the following day affecting our unit. We were moved into a different unit but it was not same vibe compared the unit we actually paid for. Unit 203 is outdated and one of the bedsheets has gross stain in it forcing my wife to wash it. The hot water was shut and was turned back on around 6pm. It wasn’t the best experience we had at Lost Lake.
The receptionist (Brilli) was quite awesome handling the moving of our things and recreating the birthday balloon setup we made but there wasn’t a manager to talk to.
Also, the hot tub was closed due to some maintenance or whatsoever so we were really disappointed especially my kids.
