Hello The staff were pleasant and helpful We had a fire alarm go off and fire brigade were called. It was somewhat inconvenient, but we were happy that we could return to room after about 40min. pleased overall that the fire alarms were working and keeping patrons safe Very disappointment about the heated pool and spa facilities. The spa was out of order and pool was not heated. I chose the hotel because the pool was advertised as heated, so I was not ' Happy Jan.' then to have cold showers in the morning continued the disappointment. The rooms were pleasant, clean and bed very comfortable and staff were very supportive and thoughtful kind regards Carole

Clean, nice and secure, allowed early check in. Wonderful nice thoughtful reception staff and maintenance. Coffee shops, cafe nearby. I like the one serving Colombian coffee. Laundry is good, although drying takes a bit longer. Parking charge is $20 for 24 hours. Internet is very good. Cooking amenities is great.

Staff were friendly, cafe next door was good for breakfast. Room had all the amenities. Standard leaking bathroom with water marks through the other side of bathroom wall, no exhaust fan or ventilation so even the bedroom windows were steamed up by the time we both had showered

Central to my requirements and was easy to get around. Great facilities and the staff were very helpful. Room was spacious and well serviced throughout my stay. Thank you..

Outdoor swimming pool, gym, restaurant, bar, close to regular public transportation and pubs/restaurants

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was plentiful.

The hotel has the old charm feel. Very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and room was well maintained.

The room was massive, the furniture could have been placed a little more imaginatively but that was a style thing. The bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water. The kitchenette was functional. Rm 43 needs a little bit of love re the mixer tap, and the carpet is threadbare in one spot. The hotel is large, the bar can be a little noisy at the beginning of the night, but then as the night progresses our room was very quiet and looked out into the courtyard. The restaurant serves a very good breakfast and the hotel staff are all professional and friendly. The hotel is in walking distance of most of the cities attractions, and if you don’t fancy walking the tram and bus stops are close by.

Clean and good location. Parking is quite a walk with luggage and cost more through the hotel than it would have if paying the car park directly.
