"Reception only open between 12noon and 8pm. No lift available after or before that. No hand rail on the stairs! Not disabled friendly. Our room was clean but shower door wouldn’t shut in my son’s room. Water everywhere! He also found 2 cockroaches in his room. Nowhere to put underwear etc away. Had to leave in the suitcase. There was a hanging rail for tops etc."

The booking was made in my name so he went out of his way to text her number despite us having no rapport and only staying there...

The location is perfect, 2 minutes to the closest beach and a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and the town. The room had an air conditioning unit which we didn’t expect. However we had no remote for this for the first 2 days (not a problem for us) however on our third day we got the remote and it worked perfectly. The room was clean and tidy. The only slightly negative is...
