Location location location!

Fantastic location right on the beach, so the views from the big balcony are very special. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Great for the dog too : ) Reception never seems to be manned so you have to call to check in. And getting in and out of the front door was a bit fiddly with the key box, but all in all, fantastic value and the location is awesome : )

The service was great. Staff was extremely helpful and ready to address all our needs and questions either in person or virtually because of the Corona measures. All surfaces and areas were properly clean and disinfected. The hotel and the surroundings are ideal. A big thank you to the staff for their hospitality! Would recommend to anyone visiting the region.

We recently stayed at the Galeon suites for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect! Really lovely apartment, perfect view, perfect location and lovely friendly staff. We booked bed & breakfast and the lovely breakfast was delivered to our room every morning at our choice of time (due to covid). Lovely pool area, clean and plenty of sunbeds. We can't wait to return next year!

Wonderful location, morning sun on balcony overlooking the bay. Warm and spacious. BBC 1 and 2 on TV. Cleaning service. Didn't like: French window in balcony didn't work, condensation in double glazing. Restricted times for hot water. Not many pans for the kitchen. Grill in microwave fused the electricity supply .

We stayed at this hotel during the off season. A number of things were unavailable to us that we were not told about in advance. The hotel has bikes for hotel guest use but not in the off season. There is a hot tub, sauna and Turkish bath, but not in the off season. Their restaurant was also closed. The apartment itself was very nice. The bed was comfortable and sitting out on our balcony facing the ocean was beautiful. The cost of the room was indicative of some things not being available but no specifics were given. It would have been much better to have known the full extent of what would not be available before arriving. The staff were very friendly and as helpful as they could be.

Different experience during winter months

Overall, our stay at the hotel was good. The view from the room was incredible! Our only two complaints were how late we were informed that the lobby was closing at noon and how much would be closed around us during the winter months. We received an email as we landed in Palma that lobby would be closed when we got there (even though website stated they will be open until 4pm). We also were not informed that the hot tub would be closed and that shower/bath would only be heated during specific hours of the day. On top of that, most stores and restaurants (including the one on premise) would be closed. I think that should be mentioned on the site for people to see prior to booking! Other than that, everyone was nice and the room was great too.

EASY TO USE

Very good condition of the building. We arrived late and found a note on the glass door. A number to call if we had issues trying to enter the locked building. An envelope was under the entry mat, containing entry keys, and concise/clear information that allowed us to get in the building without issue. All inside was easy to use, access was good, and it was a good stay overall

Un emplacement extraordinaire avec la mer cernée par les montagnes. En revanche le service est minimum notamment l accueil qui n est presque jamais ouvert et peut vous contraindre à rester enfermé dehors en cas d oubli de clé

The location of the Galeon Suites is absolutely perfect, just across from a lovely beach that is quieter than the other end of the bay and a great beach bar. The apartments are spacious, bright and comfortable. Our apartment had a sea view that was to die for :-). The staff where all polite and happy to assist with any questions asked, especially Antonia.

En lyckad familjesemester

Vi hade en jättetrevlig vecka på Porto de Pollensa. Underbar liten by med fina stränder och lugn stämning. Mysigt litet familjärt hotell. Incheckningen gick jättesmidigt fastän receptionen var stängd när vi kom fram sent på en lördag kväll. Bodde på en standard lägenhet på 58 kvm med två tonåriga barn. Lägenheten var rymlig och det fanns alla bekvämligheter man behöver på en semester. Fint läge med strand och hav andra sidan av vägen. Frukosten var god och varierande. Åt middag en kväll i restaurangen. Testade olika typ av tapas. Helt okej mat. Flera restauranger med mycket god mat i närheten. Hotellets personal var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Pratar bra engelska. Ordnade även taxi åt oss från flygplatsen. Vi fick bra tips på aktiviteter. Hyrde cyklar 2 dagar och cyklade till Alcudia. Tog 25 minuter bara. Fina cykelvägar! En mycket trevlig familjeutflykt. Hyrde även bil och kollade på fina bergen på norra sidan. Kan varmt rekommenderas! Lite bökigt att ta sig till shoppingen i Palma men det går en buss dit som tar 1 timme 30 minuter. Funkade fint. Enda minus i hotellet var dåligt WiFi. Annars var allting toppen! Thank you Antonia for wonderful holiday week at Galeon!

Lovely location, about a 1.5km flat walk to the centre of Puerto Pollensa. Beautiful pool (although was not available to us when we went). There was a problem with the hot water for 24 hours but the management did their utmost to sort it and apologised to each customer by leaving cakes and wine in each room. Parking is easy around the property (albeit we went at Easter) but overall a really great place to stay with lovely staff. We would go again.

En perle i Port Pollensa

Port Pollensa er blevet vores favoritsted på Mallorca. Her er smukt, rent og med en afslappende stemning. En lejlighed på Galeon Suites med udsigt til den fantastisk smukke bugt er det flotteste vi endnu har opholdt os i på Mallorca. Lejlighederne har et tekøkken med ovn så hvis man har lyst er der mulighed for let madlavning. Selve lejligheden er godt indrettet og fortjener en stjerne mere end den har. Der er en svømmepøl i en flot atriumgård og et lille wellnesområde med jacuzzi, sauna og et dampbad samt en solterrasse oven over lejlighederne med udsigt over bugten. Der egen fin sandstrand på den anden side vejen. Der er restauranter for enhver smag i området. Galeon suites er et ideelt udgangspunkt for cykelture til Formentor eller en tur i bjergene.

This hotel is ideally situated right opposite a fabulous beach and a short walk from all the amenities and life of the Port and town centre. All this but without being in the middle of the bustle and noise of the main centre. The hotel is very pleasant and offered us a very large and well appointed apartment. However, it is perhaps getting a little tired and the half board dinners could have been better.

Vänligt med strandläge

Ett trivsamt lägenhetshotell med mycket personlig och varm service. Superbra läge precis vid stranden. Relativt lång bit att gå in till stan men det finns bra restauranger längs hela vägen. Vi hade ingen balkong men det finns en härlig och stor takterass med utsikt över havet som vi nyttjade flitigt. Poolområdet är litet så den som älskar bada i pool bör kanske välja annat hotell.

Close to the beach

We had lovely time at the hotel. Next to the beach. The rooms very specious howver we verey in the larges apartmnet fro two night and then a room with a big terrace. The place is very clean, the kitchen well equiped. take sponge and washing up liquid as not provided. Some of the equipment was a bit nakered such as shower had and safe not attached to the wall. Staff very freindly and lokked after us when we had to change rooms. We got lovey gig room which was fantastic. I have seen people having a yoga class in the morning on the terras which is a great idea. We haven't tried breakfast or resturant downstairs but resturants around the corenr are very nice and always busy. Didn't use swimming pool as sea is just on door step. I would come back however I don't mind trying other hotels in the area as the price is quite high so you could get something a bit more modern. You pay for location mainly here. It's quite area which is my winner when it comes to location.

God beliggenhed men mangler value for money

Mangler value for money, værelse med delvis havkig betyder stå helt ved vindue og så kan du se strand. Klima anlæg på værelse slidt og meget larmende. Morgenmad ok. Når så det er sagt, har hotel god beliggenhed i udkant af byen og lige ved stranden. Strand med god og afslappet stemning selvom vand ikke så lyseblå som fx Alcudia. Fin pool i gården til at nyde de sidste solstråler, men formentlig varmt at ligge der om dagen pga manglende vind. Lejlighedens manglende terrasse opvejes af fælles tagterrrasse med smuk udsigt over strand og by.
