We went for a short family break. Staff were very accommodating- provided us with towels so we could use the pool before our check in time. Facilities were good - breakfast was great - really good choice of fresh foods. Location was good - 10 min walk to a really nice beach. 25 min bus to water park. 20 min from airport by car

Lovely hotel with very pleasant staff who were always looking to go beyond expectations. The pool deck was lovely - and drinks and food were very good, although expensive compared to eating out with so many good restaurants close by. We both had a lovely massage in the Spa. Our room and in particular the bed and pillows were very nice - cleaning and turn down services were excellent. We felt that the position of the hotel was perfect for us - a little walk into the centre and to the beach - but we also liked the local areas and being amongst the locals. The front desk helped us get organised for a trip to Soller and we also booked a boat trip through Get Your Guide which was excellent. Overall an excellent holiday.
