"The hotel itself was pretty, and the buffet was surprisingly excellent. There’s a putt putt course there, but they don’t even turn the lights on at night. So don’t plan on using it after the sunsets. The Mexican restaurant that you have to have a reservation for isn’t really worth the time or effort. The main buffet is beautiful and has tons of options. Very family friendly. We stayed in one of the Casitas, they packed so much furniture in there you can barely move around it. "Lovely hotel for our 4 night stay. Room was modern, a little small but fine for two people and we spent a lot of time out and about. Good sized balcony. Small Fridge in room. Good aircon. Breakfast had enough selection and the same every day. We were able to eat outside which was lovely. Shower quickly overflowed - it was highlighted to staff but unable to fix."

"This place is purely paradise. The photos truly will never do it justice. I cannot recommend it enough. The property is immaculate and the views are heavenly. The food and staff were superb. The pools are gorgeous. The overwhelming sense of peace and luxury you get while staying here is blissful. It’s a serene oasis in northeast Mallorca. We will be back without a doubt."

"I loved this hotel, it was exactly what I wanted for a short solo trip to Majorca. The check in at reception was fantastic (Albert, I think, served me, was very helpful and kind and gave me all the information I needed) as was the check out in the early hours of the morning. The pool area was fantastic, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and beautiful sea views. Being adult only, it was very relaxing, with a good atmosphere but equally not a party hotel. I didn't explore much of the local area because I was only there for a few days and just wanted a lazy stay reading books and relaxing in the sun :-) but from what I saw, Cala Ratjada looked great, and there was a handy regular bus directly outside the hotel. The breakfast was great, lots of choice, and plenty of seating. I had a couple of spa treatments while I was there, which were fab and the staff member was lovely. The spa area itself I didn't use but it looked fantastic and clean and wasn't too busy. It would especially be a great thing to use if you were there in the cooler months. The pool bar menu was really good, and they had plenty of vegan options, which I was really impressed with. The whole hotel was really clean, including the room and there were all the amenities you could need. You also have direct access to the sea for swimming along with a small stone beach (if you wanted a 'proper' beach day there are plenty nearby, but it was brilliant to have so much on site without it being a massive impersonal hotel)"

"I will definitely stay here again. The sea view from the room was dreaming, and you cannot be any closer to the beach! The room was very nice, new and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The water fountains available to refill your water bottle were a really nice touch and made our stay even more comfortable. We also got a late check out for a reasonable fee, the perfect solution as we were flying back late in the evening."
