"A really pleasant stay from check-in to departure. All staff members were courteous and friendly. The room was compact but fine for me as I was a solo traveller. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choice. Pool was very quiet and sunbeds were always available when I returned to the hotel in the late afternoon. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break."

The room was spotless and had everything we needed — and the hot tub was such an amazing bonus! It made the stay feel that bit more special, and we used it every night. They helped with plug adapters and essentials that were needed. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast has everything to get your day off to the right start."

"We had such a great holiday and Bonavida Pines, which was one of two properties. This one had a pool but set back from the beach by about 50 metres. This was definitely not a problem as we got to use the beach from property (Palms) whenever we wanted. Rooms were clean and reception and staff so very helpful. It felt very private which was also a plus. Blanca at the reception and bar was great and sorted out our airport transfer last minute. I’d highly recommend this place because the location and apartment itself were exceptional. "
