"Great value for money, staff is lovely and helpful, particularly Jose at the restaurant is amazing always make our family smile. Food is great, a bit too much of fried but good, great fresh fruits variety, kids ate churros every day, pool is really nice. Only thing that could improve in entertainment during the day."

"Fran, Eva, Katia, Anna, Nikolai, and Kacper were an outstanding entertainment team. They created an atmosphere that made it easy for both children and adults to join in the fun. Fran had a special talent for getting the adults involved in activities like water polo and the pool parties, making everyone feel welcome to participate. Eva and Katia did a fantastic job engaging the children with themed nights, games, and activities that they looked forward to every day. Every member of the front desk staff went out of their way to help whenever we needed assistance. Maria, in particular, was especially kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The scenery was stunning, the beach was beautiful, and taking an evening walk along the shore gave us the opportunity to see locals enjoying the beach as well, which made the experience feel even more authentic. As for the food, I’m usually not a fan of buffet style dining, but this resort was the exception. The food was consistently fresh, the selection was extensive, and I genuinely looked forward to every breakfast and dinner. There was always something new to try, and the quality exceeded my expectations."

"We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The reception was very helpful and because we had 1/2 board we even had dinner in the room.Breakfast had a nice selection and wasn’t crowded or noisy at all. The I would have liked different pillows and a little softer bed but the room was awesome! The cleaning staff were amazing and very thoughtful for my birthday they added balloons and bubbles to drink. This hotel is very centrally located and the best spot to enjoy the beach and port. I would highly recommended this hotel to friends."

"We picked this hotel because of it's position between the beach and the strip. The position was perfect, right in the heart of the area but not loud. The hotel itself was immaculate, the food was great and the staff were amazing. Allowed in before check in time, always helpful. The hotel was quiet and the entertainment was poorly attended but this was because of the excellent site it was in with so much going on you didn't need entertainment. Pool area so relaxed and could get a bed any time of the day."

"The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you need. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and there was a good hairdryer. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, and the small terrace was a nice bonus. The location was excellent, with a beautiful beach within walking distance, shops nearby, and the port also easily reachable on foot. The staff were very friendly, and it was reassuring that someone was available 24/7 if needed. Nothing really stood out as a negative. We had a very pleasant stay."

"Ideal location just a few minutes from the beach, was the best part. Reception let us have the room at 11:00am, when we arrived, which was great. Cleaning staff was very honest, as I forgot my wallet in plain sight and nothing was taken. I was expecting the main living space to be small, but it was extremely tight for two adults and two teenagers. We couldn't sit 4 people around the table, unless someone sat on the sofa. Sofas were comfortable enough for sleeping, but the beds in the bedroom were very hard and pillows too low to be comfortable. Noise coming in from the door was very loud when neighbors came and went late in the night. We didn't use the pool much, but we're happy it was there when we wanted a quick cooling off option. Parking was easily accessible. Only busier on the weekend. Overall, worth it for the location, less so for the comfort."
