Hot tub was cold the first two days and the rental vouchers were not working (so we had to pay for the bikes and seek reimbursement which is a pain, bikes were meant to be free to hotel guests 2 hours/day.

Great staff, great amenities, very accommodating with access to hotel before and after checkout. Rooftop is nice but smaller than expected, music extremely loud for the small space and some of the cushions had a weird smell and were dirty.
