Very nice hotel. Room was very clean. Hotel holds a $150 PER NIGHT incidental fee…seems a bit much to me. Also, the little convenience store on the 1st floor sells microwaveable meals…with no microwave in the store nor the rooms. You have to give your items to the front desk clerk to have them heated. Huge inconvenience. One last thing, hotel allows smokers to sit right outside the front door.

The hotel was surprisingly clean and fairly easy to navigate given the circular shape of the building. Valet was well-organized. Front desk staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Cleaning crew was readily available and did an awesome job. The breakfast buffet could be better but the service was good. The views are fairly good but the noise of traffic on the 405, specially throughout the night is awful. Not much can be done about it, except move to a room facing the mountain, forget wanting to have a city view, it’s not worth it. I hoped to use the pool but it lacked a jacuzzi. Overall, it was a good stay, my main issue would be the noise.

Floor was dirty, tight space bathroom, air conditioner cool but noisy. They have to collect $150 deposit others inn doesn't need to collect. One small towel was dirty. Will not go back there anymore.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this hotel due to a complete lack of basic amenities and helpful service. My flight out of LA was late at night, well after the 11:00 AM checkout time. When I asked to leave my bags for a few hours, I was told that my luggage was "not their problem." Basic luggage storage is a standard service for almost any hotel. If a property does not offer it, that policy absolutely needs to be clearly advertised at the time of booking so guests can plan ahead. Because the hotel hid this information, I was forced to waste my precious last day in LA dragging my heavy bags all the way to a downtown storage facility at an extra, unexpected expense. The hotel's total lack of accommodation and dismissive attitude completely ruined the end of my trip. I will not be staying here again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you expect basic hospitality.
