Awesome great staff great room size

We absolutely loved our stay at the Kaimana Hotel! Being right on the beach was amazing, and having the Hau Tree Restaurant right there on the sand made dining super special. The whole vibe is seriously Instagram goals — with awesome surf and beach cottage decor everywhere you look. The beds were crazy soft and comfy, perfect for crashing after a day in the sun. Plus, the front desk and staff were so kind and welcoming, they made the whole experience even better. Already can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful ocean view! The room was a little outdated but clean. The hotel itself was very convenient as they had pretty much everything you would need with the restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend

Staff was amazing. For families, theres a laundry room in the 5th floor. Easy access to the beach and great restaurants around.

We like the cleaning staff and the beach view. We like the location but when we got there to register we had some issues before we went there I called and requested a lower floor and when we got there they gave us floor 12 and we asked again for a lower floor and they told us that we had to go the next day. They told us that we had to check out and return at3:00i considered that if we paid for a room they should give us priority to go in before 3:00. We left the hotel and returned about 1:30 p.m. and I asked the clerk if my room was ready that my husband wasn’t feeling good that he had high blood pressure and she told me that we had to wait until 3:00 like new customers. Is like we were there for first time. When I asked her to give me the manager name she said you still have to wait until 3:00p.m. I understand that when you get there for first time is okay but we already paid for something that we couldn’t use for they own mistake. Because we were clear and called them requesting a lower floor. Another issue they AC wasn’t working properly because the filter was dirty.

The location was good. Staff was rude. Very limited parking. 1st come only. If planning to stay, you should rent a car on a daily basis, or ride public transportation
