Surrounding was tranquil and 50m swimming pool an advantage. Room spacious but dated and bathroom smelled. Staffs at reception were unfriendly and unhelpful. Be prepared to get your own luggage trolley to lug your bags up your rooms and vice versa; no help from staffs at all. No hospitality during our 4days stay there. Been a guest of OCC for years but recent stay was a major disappointment.

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment with 2 adults and 2 kids, aged 10 and 9 for 7 nights. The apartment is in a great location, access to the supermarket is really handy. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, the kitchen has everything you need, the washer/dryer was really useful to have. The pool is fabulous, bigger than a lot of other places and never very busy. Lounge area and outside seating was all nice to sit and have sandwiches etc. Staff were all excellent and very helpful. Only negative was some noice from nearby building site which we could hear intermittently but I think this is everywhere in Singapore. Overall would highly recommend and would stay here again.

For a 5 star hotel, the room carpet was old and dirty. Some parts are sticky and just give the old experience and dont look great. Some furniture was old and not furnished. Staff service can be better too
