Shame the great experience ended when dealing with qantas staff on arrival in Sydney.

First time I’ve flown with icelandair, what a pleasant experience Thanks for the upgrade!
It was first class Service from the staff but no power and no entertainment
I asked the airline hostess for ice as I was feeling poorly. She was wonderful and checked on me a couple of times to make sure I was okay.
Great.
The food was exceptional, and represented very fresh produce
Best economy flight I've taken EVER
Entertainment system froze twice during flight and had to be reloaded v annoying
All in all very happy, will fly again you again.
