"Room was cramped no soap in the shower soap dispenser. Water temp was cold. Shower was dirty. TV channel selection was terrible. Employees were really nice."

"Clean room. Water was shut down in the morning and we did not have running water in the cabin. I would have appreciated it if they’ve notified me with this matter. "

"The hotel was fine. The outside is older could use a little updating but the rooms were clean and updated. The breakfast was a little limited because they don't have a kitchen on site to service hot food but they had egg biscuits, oatmeal that could be heated in the microwave and a waffle machine. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Because of where the hotel is located, we were able to take back streets to and from the WNC fair grounds / airport to the hotel and bypass all the nasty traffic in the area. We would stay here again."

"Outside of the property and lobby area are well maintained however, when i let my 9 month old daughter crawl around our room for at most two minutes, her socks and knees were black (not grey, black). The coffee in the lobby is HORRIBLE and I'm no coffee snob, but it was bad. Otherwise not a bad two night stay."

"Great location right off of the interstate. Far enough out to be nice and quiet, but close enough to be anywhere in just a few short minutes. The free breakfast was nice. I will definitely stay here if I'm in the area again."

"The Sunset Motel is a charming old style motor Lodge in downtown Brevard. The amenities are basic, consistent with the age of the facility. Our room was renovated and very clean. We did have an issue with noise in the mornings because our room was next to the housekeeping staff."
