"What a beautiful weekend in Benalla! 13 Smythe street is a very well appointed, comfortable, welcoming and beautifully presented property. There were loads of special touches through out the house that made our stay special. Janette was very helpful, kind, quick to respond and easy to talk with."

"Clean room, clean bathroom and towels, comfy bed and pillows. The complimentary coffee/tea were greatly appreciated. The kitchenette and utensils and white goods were also clean. The room was also bug free."

"This house has everything you could think of. We stayed for AFL GF weekend. Parents could watch the game outside under alfresco area whilst keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. Then the putting green. I am not sure who enjoyed the golf area more, parents or kids. All in all very enjoyable stay. Thanks for the Stay Sue"
