Storybook Chalet inside Yosemite National Park

"Our family really enjoyed our recent stay at the chalet. The place was just what we needed to relax after days of exploring the park’s beauty. Comfy beds, super clean hot tub, well stocked kitchen, cozy wood stove and plenty of seating options all helped our family hang out comfortably. Communication via the site as well as on Facebook was wonderful, especially given the uncertainty of the recent wildfire. Also want to point out that there is a nice trail that runs behind the house to a lookout area where we could see the helicopters dropping the water on the fire from a distance yet we were far enough not to be impacted. Highly recommend this rental!"

"A mix of temps and skies, we got to enjoy the last days of summer swimming in the river, beautiful hikes, and communal dinners outside on the deck at the huge table. Enjoyed the raven pair and the piano too! A lovely stay with friends and family. Thank you!"

"Property exactly as advertised. Good proximity to the Valley and Glacier Point if either of these are on your itinerary. Bill (host) super responsive and is exactly the kind of host you want for this type of accommodation if you're unfamiliar with the surroundings. "We enjoy this property. It suits us well, and we rent from the May’s every year. We have already booked for next year, even adding a couple more nights. The location is great, and having reliable Internet is a bonus for those that need to work a little while they are there.The cabin is well equipped, and the beds are comfortable. Even though we just got home, we are looking forward to next year."

"My wife and I had such a wonderful stay. Perfect location to explore the different areas of the park—easy access to the valley, and about an hour from either Toulumne Meadows or Mariposa Grove. Property is tucked away from the crowds and really easy to find. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast (plenty of coffee filters and some medium/dark roast options), and a few dinners in. Would highly recommend to those looking to explore everything Yosemite has to offer."

"Stop at a grocery store before you get into the park and load up on everything you think you will need for your stay. There was sugar, some cooking oil and basic spices, but nothing else for cooking. There are a couple of small stores around the property, but at greatly increased prices."
