"Nobody is properly managing how guests are parking here - instead it turns into a free for all - be prepared to argue with other guests who parked like crap - blocking spaces. In short we had to fight with at least two guests because we were forced to park in a way that blocked them all in (which was the instructions the manager gave us because they didn't tell these guests AHEAD OF TIME to park better). "The tent was pretty clean, the things (light, heater) worked just fine. There were towels for showers, small cubbies next to the bed to keep your personal stuff. Overall it was pretty good. The restrooms were clean and there are like 8 shower stalls. Great experience. The staff was very helpful in accommodating the request for the tent being close to the restroom, because my mom and dad who are both >80 years were traveling with me. It was very convenient for them."

"Eric was very responsive from the minute we started the booking process. The house was clean and stocked with all the essentials ! Beds were comfy and the hot tub and pool table were a plus! So happy we stayed inside Yosemite as it is a hike to all the sites, and well worth it. Would highly recommend this house."

"It was nice staying IN the park. Keeping in mind that’s a national park and not a luxury resort I expected less in that respect. The room had cobwebs which is okay but the bathroom smelled of urine, not okay. The shower curtain was about 6-8 inches too long and had a terrible odor to it. The front desk staff just seemed tired and worn out. Not as helpful as they could’ve been. The sports bar/lounge was nice with friendly wait staff. But the beauty of being in such an amazing place seemed to outweigh all the negative. Definitely worth staying there but you need to plan WAY in advance for reservations. I made ours 5 months ago and was told at that time that it was the last available."

"Bill’s house is clean and comfortable. He has clearly kept the important rooms of kitchen and bathrooms up to date and in good working order especially, There is no air conditioning, but the ceiling fans in every room helped cool the house sufficiently for sleeping even though we were there for an October heat wave with ninety degree days. My husband and I chose his home in Yosemite West to have a quiet place to ourselves in the evenings after our daytime roaming around the mild chaos and loads of people in Yosemite Valley. The walls of windows in his great room and dining area bring all the tall evergreens in his private backyard right up to you; we felt surrounded with their lushness and peace."

"The Yosemite Mountain Hideaway was everything we hoped for and more! Close to Yosemite’s hikes and sites. Beautiful surroundings enjoyed on the deck morning til night. Great view of the starry night sky. The kitchen had everything a cook needs; comfortable living room with a fireplace; jacuzzi tub was most enjoyable. Gracious host Highly recommend! One thing to know: many stairs to reach hideaway."

"The property was charming and just as described by the host. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and linens. The hot tub was relaxing. The small local store was a good stop for ice cream or coffee. This was a good place for 4 adults. We would stay again in the spring to enjoy the snow melt."
