Yes the host was available to answer any and all questions we had. The area appeared to be clean but after observation under the beds and behind night stand and in window sill of bathroom window found excessive build up of dust under beds and behind night stands and a dead fly in window sill of bathroom. There was a lack(no) dressers for clothes and one bedroom had no closet.

Disliked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
First and foremost it was never advertised this unit was in the 3rd floor! The parking was awful I had to park half a mile away. Didn’t get much sleep the 2nd night Sat night. I had to call the police twice the noice was soooo. As for the apt build next door. I made the first call at 4:10 am they kept us up all night. Very disappointed with this place!!!! I could add even more issues but don’t want to be a Karen.
