"1. The hotel charges a hefty fee for using the Pool(The Hotel should not charge hotel guests for using the pool.) 2. After paying for the pool fee, you are only allowed to reenter the pool ONE time within 30 minutes. (I asked for an explanation WHY?, but the staff did not provide a legitimate answer.)(If you want to come back to the pool, they will charge the same fee as the first time you entered the pool.)(By the way, the fee is around $30 per person) 3. The concierge staff(female) seemed very dull when asked a question and called the manager to handle our situation. After all, I don't think I will be back at this hotel again. My family and I paid $500 per night at this hotel and drove hours to get here expecting 5 star hotel conditions and quality but none of that was met to the standard. "

"정말 뷰가 멋있는 리조트입니다. 앞과 뒤가 모두 바다이다보니 어느 방을 배정받던 모두 바다뷰를 볼 수 있어요. 그 중에 통영만을 보는 뷰가 더 멋있는 것 같습니다. 밤에는 야경이 죽입니다. 바로 옆에는 통영국제음악당이 있어 각종음악회가 있어 시기만 잘 맞추어가면 음악공연을 볼 수 있을 것 같아요. 거기에 음악카페가 있는데 각종 악기로 장식해 놓고, 통영만을 보는 뷰인데 거기도 멋있습니다. 금호리조트는 호텔이 아니다보니, 매일 방청소는 해 주지 않고, 이틀에 한번씩 청소를 해 준다고 하고 매일 수건을 새것으로 갖다 주더군요. 주변에 먹을만한 식당이 많지는 않지만 가끔 있습니다. 바다를 좋아하고 해양스포츠를 좋아하는 분들은 정말 천국일 것 같습니다. 요트장이 있어 요트여행이 가능하고, 요트도 개인적으로 임대도 가능한 것 같습니다. 단점은 저희가 있을 때가 대학교 개학시즌이라 창원대학교 학생들의 오리엔테이션을 이곳에서 해서 하룻밤 자고 가는데 좀 시끄러웠구요. 물론 그들은 6층미만을 사용하고, 일반고객은 10층이상으로 배정하기에 서로 떼어 놓긴하지만 로비에선 혼잡했고, 밤엔 소음도 아래서 좀 올라왔습니다. 비교적 깨끗하고 주변에 산책코스가 좋고 조용하게 해변을 즐기고 오기는 좋은 곳 같습니다"
