We had a great stay here in the family room. Loved being right on the water with the views of ferries, fishing boats, etc. Although the boats can be a little loud when coming and going in the early hours, the room/location itself is pretty quiet. Staff were very nice and although they don't speak much English you can communicate easily using your phone's translation apps (like Papago). Cooking utensils in the room were very limited but we loved the free fresh ground espresso in the lobby and Tongyeong has many inexpensive and delicious food options. Overall, the hotel and room are somewhat aged and faded and the amenities are quite basic, but we didn't care: the bed was clean and comfortable and the location is unbeatable. For the price it was a great deal.

It is too dark on bath room and I was hoping to have extra pillows. Also, Bath towel is too small for us. Other than that everything is Okay for us.

여기숙소는 너무 위생이 문제입니다

통영에서는 잠만 잘거라 가격이 저렴한 곳으로 찾아봤어요 바로 바닷가 앞이라 풍경은 좋았는데 청결은 형편 없었습니다 욕실에는 청소를 한 듯 한데 남자팬티가 올려져 있는게 이해가 되지 않았어요 프론터에 이야기 하려다 그냥 잠만자고 바로 여수로 이동할 거라 넘어가기로 합니다 다른 방도 같을거라 생각 했거던요 앞으로는 후기를 믿기로 했어요 후기에 청결문제가 여러번 나왔는데 무시한 댓가 지요 사진을 찍어 뒀는데 업로드에 문제가 있는지 올라가지 않습니다ㅜ ㅜ

깔끔하지만, 체크해야할 사항이 조금 있습니다.

콘도형이라 조식없고, 쓰레기도 직접 버려야하고, 수건은 별도 요청해야하고, 청소서비스도 없었어요. 방은 깔끔했지만, 테이블이 너무 작았습니다. 샤워부스 배수가 잘안되어서 물웅덩이 생기는 현상이 발생했습니다.

청결은 괜찮긴한데 침구가 너무 눅눅해서 좀 그랬네요. 베게나 뭐 이런게 누렇고 청결 부분은 그렇게 만족스럽진 못했습니다. 아무래도 건물이 오래돼서 리모델링한 건 알겠는데 침구나 뭐 이런건 더 깔끔했음 좋겠어요.

*장점:바다뷰 괜찮음. 옆호텔에 편의점 있음. *단점:너무 더러움. 뭘 만지기가 좀... 리모컨도 만지기 찜찜해서 욱!... 했어요.. 제가 민감할수도 있지만... 쾌적하지는 않습니다. 생수3개 냉장고에 있지만 저는 안먹고 제가 가져간거 먹었어요. 뜨거운물은 데스크옆 정수기에서 씀. 데스크옆에 전자렌지, 정수기,커피머신 있음 수건 및 침대요 등은 세탁 잘 되어 있지만 나머지는 모두 지저분함. *총평:음... 다음번에는 조금더 주고 깨끗한 곳을 선택할 생각입니다. 통영을 2번 갈일은 없을것 같지만...ㅎㅎㅎ 실내슬러퍼 챙겨가길 추천합니다. 지저분해서... 저는 슬리퍼없다는 얘기듣고 챙겨갔는데 유용했어요. 아! 칫솔및 샤워타올은 데스크에 일회용 있어서 그거 쓰면 되고, 수건은 넉넉하게 배치되어 있고, 휴지까지는 괜찮은데.. 샴푸,워시 등 나머지는 숙소에 있기는 하지만 저는 찜찜해서 모두 챙겨갔습니다.

가성비 뿐!

가성비라는 단어 말고는 표현할 길이 없네요. 시설이나 어매니티에 대해 문의하는데 신경질 내는 컨시어지는 처음 봤어요. 방, 화장실 넓지만 낡았고 청소상태는 그냥 아무것도 없다는 게 맞아요.

카리브콘도호텔 이용

침대 바로 위에 있는 에어컨에서 물이 떨어지더라구요. 아마 실외 온도랑 실내온도랑 차이나서 그렇다고 하시더라구요. 연휴라서 남은방도 없고 as 기사님도 바로 못 오시고 한다 하시던데.. 온도조절 하니 괜찮아지긴 했어요. 성수기때 가서 그런가 주차공간 모잘라서 밖에 댔어요

넓고 괜찮아요

내부는 넓어서 사용하기 좋았구요. 일회용 칫솔, 샤워타월 주셔서 잘썼어요 다만,이불에 머리카락이 좀..있었어요.. 수건도 사용하지 않은 수건이라도 전부회수 다시 넣어둔게 아니었는지, 위에 수건 쓰고 아랫쪽수건은 그전에 머리카락이 있더라구요, . 하룻밤 많은 식구들과 함께하기엔 좋았습니다.
