"We booked this pension to stay in Tongyoung with grandparents. It was reasonable for 8 people as there are 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Cleanness is average and the upstairs rooms need updates. "

"I recently stayed at Hyacinth Pension for a two-night trip to Tongyeong. While the view from the bay-facing rooms is lovely and there’s a charming coffee shop and gift store just down the hill, the condition of the property fell well below what was advertised. We rented a “Deluxe Duplex,” and sadly saw visible water damage, the bathroom was damp with long term mold and a rotting door. The steep internal staircase had no handrail, and the sleeping mezzanine had no accessible light switch—an issue at night. Guests should also be aware that there’s no lift, so luggage must be carried up the stairs if you’re staying on a higher floor. The host seemed kind and well-meaning, but the property needs attention and a more accurate listing to reflect its current state. This may suit some travelers looking for basic accommodation, but I’d advise reviewing recent photos before booking—especially if safety, hygiene, and accessibility are priorities."

"정말 뷰가 멋있는 리조트입니다. 앞과 뒤가 모두 바다이다보니 어느 방을 배정받던 모두 바다뷰를 볼 수 있어요. 그 중에 통영만을 보는 뷰가 더 멋있는 것 같습니다. 밤에는 야경이 죽입니다. 바로 옆에는 통영국제음악당이 있어 각종음악회가 있어 시기만 잘 맞추어가면 음악공연을 볼 수 있을 것 같아요. 거기에 음악카페가 있는데 각종 악기로 장식해 놓고, 통영만을 보는 뷰인데 거기도 멋있습니다. 금호리조트는 호텔이 아니다보니, 매일 방청소는 해 주지 않고, 이틀에 한번씩 청소를 해 준다고 하고 매일 수건을 새것으로 갖다 주더군요. 주변에 먹을만한 식당이 많지는 않지만 가끔 있습니다. 바다를 좋아하고 해양스포츠를 좋아하는 분들은 정말 천국일 것 같습니다. 요트장이 있어 요트여행이 가능하고, 요트도 개인적으로 임대도 가능한 것 같습니다. 단점은 저희가 있을 때가 대학교 개학시즌이라 창원대학교 학생들의 오리엔테이션을 이곳에서 해서 하룻밤 자고 가는데 좀 시끄러웠구요. 물론 그들은 6층미만을 사용하고, 일반고객은 10층이상으로 배정하기에 서로 떼어 놓긴하지만 로비에선 혼잡했고, 밤엔 소음도 아래서 좀 올라왔습니다. 비교적 깨끗하고 주변에 산책코스가 좋고 조용하게 해변을 즐기고 오기는 좋은 곳 같습니다"
